So what they do is contract with companies like us to give these rooms out to get people to come in to see what they have to offer. When hotels and resorts have empty rooms, they do not make any money and it's a waste of a good room. So when we put someone in their empty rooms, the hotel may have lost the price of the room, it was already empty in the first place, but now they have a customer that might spend more money at their in-house restaurants and shops or even take advantage of their amenities like their spa, casino, room service, etc. They know that if they show you a good time while you are at their property that you'll come back to stay with them in the future the next time you visit their city and maybe even tell a few friends about them. This certificate is valid for a reservation registration validation form offering a bundled air and hotel package for two adults 21 years of age or older with two nights of standard hotel accommodations plus two round trip airline tickets from a participating Major International Airport in The Continental United States. Bookings require at least a 30 day advance notice. You must redeem your certificate before the expiration date in order to activate your offer. What does promotional inventory mean?

We make these great programs possible by connecting our customers with travel inventory that we get from our suppliers when they need our help to fill their unsold rooms, airline seats or cruise cabins. This will primarily happen during off peak times of the year or off peaks days for places like Las Vegas. Often promotional inventory for land or air/land programs will be available within 30 days of travel. For cruise lines they often give space further out rather than closer in like the airlines and hotels.

Please avoid making plans 7 days before or after a holiday. The major holidays we recognize are as follows: New Years, Martin Luther King Jr Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
