Therefore to participate and to receive the refund you must use our service in the first 30 days from your membership sign up date. To qualify for the 30 day risk free trial refund you need to have at least one (1) paid redemption in the first 30 days of your membership. Redeeming a “Free Healthcare Discount Card“ does not satisfy your requirement because it is not a “paid redemption.”
If you are not completely satisfied with the redemption and or the fulfillment process within the first 30 days we will refund 100% of your membership fees per your request.
By signing up with our company you understand and acknowledge that in order to qualify you must have at least one (1) paid redemption within the first 30 days of your membership.
You are also required to cancel within 30 days by submitting a 'Support Ticket' from your 'Main Control Panel' account in order to qualify for the refund. Failure in completing these steps will terminate any members' ability to receive the 30-Day Risk Free Trial refund.
No. You may not. Reselling certificates violates our terms, conditions, and agreements you accept before using our certificates. Selling certificates individually compromises our business model. We are a Members Benefit Organization, and therefore, to distribute our certificates you need to be member. Also the agreements we maintain with our hotel and resort companies prevent us from competing against or jeopardizing their published rack rate. If you were able to sell these certificates, there would be no way to prevent a member from selling our certificates directly to the end user, thereby creating competition and lowering our partner properties’ published rates.
