"The instructions employed by the redemption center were a little confusing but the request was processed quickly. It was kind of fun not knowing which hotel you would be staying in. We eventually stayed at The Chelsea Hotel, Atlantic City, NJ. Hotel was a little dated but very clean. Facilities were good (2 pools and spa facilities) and staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Gave us an upgrade for free and without even asking!"

"Our cruise was absolutely beautiful! The room was huge. It had a king-sized bed, table and two chairs, a desk, a love seat and ottoman, and still lots of room to move around. The bathroom was very large as well, with all marble tiles, a large soaking tub and a separate glass shower. It even had a flat screen, so I could watch TV while in the tub! (What can be better than that?) The buffet was fantastic - lots of selection and the dessert area alone was totally worth the price - creme brulee, creme caramel, bananas foster, crepe station, gelato, etc... yummy. We loved the casino with its very comfy chairs. We loved the sports book area as well - large leather chairs at individual cubicles with your own TV to watch the Leafs game. We would definitely go again, I just hope next time we can stay longer than just three nights! The customer service was very friendly and helpful, thank you for organizing this trip for us!"

	"My vacation began in Ocho Rios, Jamaica and I must say that being on the island of Ocho Rios was one of the most breathtaking experiences that I have ever had. I enjoyed being part of the vibrant and culturally filled lifestyle of the Jamaicans. I was able to travel above the tree tops on the Rainforest Sky explorer to the peak of Mystic Mountain in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. I was able to drive my own bobsled down the mountain on the Rainforest Bobsled ride. Breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea, Ocho Rios, were enjoyed from the Rainforest Sky explorer on the journey to the top of the mountain. The most thrilling part of the visit started at the railway station where I was able to climb into one of 25 custom designed Jamaican bobsleds and I tried my hands at the tropical version of the Olympic toboggan winter sport of bobsledding. It was fantastic, fun, and amazing all in one. I had never been on a roller coaster before and it was a very fun-filled experience that I will never forget. I personally would like to thank you for the wonderful, memorable vacation that will be a part of my lifetime memories. My last vacation memory of Ocho Rios was learning about Jamaica, the people, the culture, and the music. I toured music legend Bob Marley’s place of origin, his homeland, and found out a lot bout his music. I finally understood just exactly what this Jamaican’s motto means, “One love, one heart, lets get together and feel alright.” I became a part of a family while I was in Jamaica, not to mention the island was just beautiful. Since my trip I have made Jamaica my best vacation spot. Thanks again for a wonderful, “feel alright” experience. The customer service was excellent! My agent was very professional and informative.
